To launch the account, you will need to download the archive, unpack it and run telegram.exe from this file. If telegram.exe is not in the archive, download it from the official telegram.org website (portable version) and place it next to the tdata folder. Before launching, make sure that no other telegram was opened in the task manager, if it is open, then end all processes.
The package does not contain a username and password!! Access only from a PC, through the desktop application!
