If you are using accounts through software, then open these accounts only on software: Telegram Expert, TeleRaptor. We do not make replacements when using other software.
IMPORTANT! Enter using a proxy! Connect the proxy before entering the account, otherwise there will be no replacements! Use 1 IP address for 1 account (per country).
Accounts may have a temporary spam block, which passes over time. Only accounts with a permanent spam block are eligible for replacement.

Run telegram.exe.
